| Cancellations |
| Should you have to cancel your dance break due to unforseen
circumstances, please note the following. |

- All Deposits are refundable up to approximately 3 months prior
to the event (actual date will be specified on the relevant booking
form)
- Balance payments can be refunded as follows:
- Up to Deposit refund date (see above) - full refund
- Up to 63 days prior to the event - 70% of paid balance (deposit
is non refundable)
- Days 32 to 62 prior to the event - 50% of paid balance (deposit
is non refundable)
- After day 32 prior to the event - No refunds will be given.

| Cardiff Dance Club reserve the rights to the following. |

- Change of venue up to 1 month before the event is due to start due
to circumstances beyond our control.
- Change of workshop teachers without notice at any time prior to
or during any event.
- Change of workshop content without notice at any time prior to
or during any event.
- Cancellation of any event at short notice due to circumstances
beyond our control.

There is no charge if you wish to transfer your booking
to someone else, but please let us know in advance and be sure to provide
full contact details of the new person taking your place.
